This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work for purchases made through Lawayer.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. For questions, email info@lawayer.com.
Physical products (dash cams and accessories)
You may return an unused physical product in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email info@lawayer.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Lead purchases
Leads are delivered digitally and are sold on an exclusive basis. Because a lead’s contact details are shared with you immediately on delivery, lead purchases are generally non-refundable. If a delivered lead contains invalid contact information (for example, a non-working phone number and a bouncing email), notify us within 48 hours and we will review it and, where appropriate, replace it or issue a credit.
Subscriptions, listings, and marketing services
Recurring subscriptions and firm listings can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next billing period. Cancelling does not refund the current period, but you keep access until it ends. Set-up fees and work already performed on marketing services are non-refundable.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@lawayer.com with your name, order or account details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks and payment disputes should be raised with us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
